New York has a way of sharpening your focus. The pace, the density, and the constant flow of people and ideas make it a city that naturally pushes conversations forward.
This trip marked our first collaboration with Ariel Property Advisors, and our first time being on the ground for Coffee and Cap Rates. What started as coverage quickly became something more meaningful, a series of honest conversations around real estate, relationships, and the value of meeting face to face before numbers enter the room.
Coffee and Cap Rates proved to be more than just a format. It created space for clarity, trust, and exchange, where sharp market insights met real human perspective. Being present in the room allowed us to capture not just moments, but the rhythm and intent behind them.
With only a small set of behind the scenes moments documented, this project was never about scale. It was about listening, understanding the energy of the group, and setting a foundation for what comes next, in a city that constantly reminds you why ambition and curiosity matter.
