A look behind the scenes of a corporate video production for BGR.

This project gave us the space to explore what strong corporate storytelling can be — where polished visuals, narrative, and emotion work together to reflect a company from the inside out.
Working with BG Reklam, we had the rare opportunity to approach a corporate video with the full creative spectrum involved. From gaffers, makeup, and wardrobe to a tightly coordinated production crew, it became a true team effort where every role mattered.
With the trust and budget to think beyond simple coverage, we focused on craft. Scriptwriting, directing, filming, and post production were handled in house, shaping a story that balances employer branding with authenticity and reveals the people and culture behind the brand.
Captured through behind the scenes video and photography, this production reflects what New Mint does best — end-to-end thinking, strong narrative, and the belief that the best work comes from shared effort.
